Social Media Executive

What the role entitles?

We are looking for creative and dynamic individuals who want to be part of a fast pased environment changing lives on a daily basis.

What are we looking for?

• Somebody who can work together as a team but also use their own initiative to develop creative games whether it be quizzes, engagement posts or freebies in our social media groups.
• You will be the first point of contact for new/existing players in the Facebook Groups – Congratulate people on their wins and answer any questions they may have (Experience of Ry’s Competitions would be a huge advantage)
• Direct players to the appropriate person i.e, Customer Services, Tech Support, Finance but try to deal with the situation beforehand
• Work as a part of a team to meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and targets set out

This role will be remote working from home with a zoom/video call with the rest of the team once per week to talk about targets

Hours:
– 7pm to 11pm / 8pm to 12pm / 6pm to 10pm

PAYE Position – £12.50 per hour -Temporary Position with a 3 month probationary period
